Kohl 's Credit Card makes it difficult to pay your bills without your actual card. I misplaced my card in 2019 due to taking care of my XXXX XXXX. I always called to make payments, but numerous times I was put on hold by XXXX for longer than 15 minutes. When I tried to call corporate, I was not able to get through since I did not have my card number. By the time I ordered my replacement card, my bill was reported late 30 days. This happened again the following year. They also make it difficult to log into your portal online as they have a Credit Rewards program and a Kohls XXXX XXXX which look eerily similar but do not link each other 's information. On top of this, I never received any bills notifying me of the payment nearing a late charge.
