On XXXX XXXX, I sent a certified letter to National Recovery Agency. This company did received my certified mail and failed to validate this debt. Name : National Recovery Agency Address : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, PA XXXX Re : Account Number XXXX Amount : XXXX I have requested that National Recovery Agency verify this debt and send me all contracts and documents between myself and them bearing my signature. I don't have or have had any business with this company in the past or currently. Instead of sending me the documents requested. The National Recover Agency committed a clear HIPPA violation. I did not sign a HIPPA form authorizing National Recovery Agency to access any of my medical records. My HIPPA rights and privacy has been violated. This has a severe negative affect on me as a consumer and is in violation of the fair credit reporting act and HIPPA. This company failed to validate this debt and put this item listed above on my credit report which is causing me extreme financial hardship. I demand that this negative information be deleted immediately from my credit files with all 3 major credit reporting agencies not to resurface on my credit file again.
