XX/XX/XXXX, I paid off the remaining balance on my four Federal XXXX student loan accounts with XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) totaling {$2200.00}. In XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX score was XXXX and XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. By the second week of XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX credit score dropped 133 points from 686 to XXXX. In addition to the negative scores, my online credit information from XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX indicated the factors damaging my credit were : Serious delinquency Presence of serious delinquency on one or more accounts XXXX and Equifax to remove and correct all inaccurate information and any references to the negative reporting of Adverse or Negative and Maximum Delinquency of 60 days and NOT_MORE_THAN_THREE_ PAYMENTS_ PAST_DUE on all 4 XXXX student loan tradelines from my credit file. The negative reporting on all 4 XXXX student loan tradelines are incorrect for several reasons : a. Existing information on XXXX website ( Loan Details ) cites 0 Days Delinquent during term of student loan repayment. b. The OK/Current payments recorded in XXXX and Equifax Tradeline Payment History Charts affirms the 0 Days Delinquent information indicated in the Loan Details from XXXX website XXXX c. The Equifax Summary Details for Account Status , labels all 4 XXXX tradelines as being NOT_MORE_THAN_THREE_PAYMENTS_PAST_DUE, and XXXX of 60 Days Past Due Date XX/XX/XXXX, contradicts the OK/Current data recorded in the Tradeline Payment History chart sections for both credit reporting agencies. d. In the Equifax and XXXX Tradeline Payment History charts, the XX/XX/XXXX ratings section is omitted ( this is the month the loan was paid and closed ) and instead the Tradeline Payment history chart ends XXXX XXXXand is marked with OK payments for XX/XX/XXXX and ALL months prior. e. My account can not be 60 or 30 days ( both less than 3 payments ) past due in XX/XX/XXXX when the prior months of XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX are deemed OK/Current ( Due date on XXXX accounts were the XXXX of every month ( there are only 30 days between XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX ). XXXX and Equifax should have immediately flagged the errors and inconsistencies by requesting XXXX to validate or provide the correct data before incorrect or false information is added to my credit file. My credit has been irrevocably damaged causing me great harm. With poor scores and negative information in my file, for the next 6 years or XXXX I will be unable to secure credit, a lower interest rate, any additional lines of credit, a mortgage for a home, or obtain an auto loan. On XX/XX/XXXX, I was already denied a loan from a company with whom I previously had a line of credit which I paid-off in XXXX of XXXX.
