Dynamic recovery solutions Account # XXXX I received an alert on my credit profile saying I owed XXXX for a doctor bill. I never received a bill but on the collection it was said to be submitted XX/XX/2021 the inquiry came around XX/XX/2021 XXXX I also called about the debt and told them I was in a car wreck my lawyer took care of all of it. I also asked why I never received a letter about the debt in which the worker said they dont have to send a letter I already knew of the debt. That should b on file because she said everything is recorded for customer assurance purposes. I also have medical insurance which I had every since my car wreck, so I know in fact that was a bill for my car wreck. After I sent them a letter a week later they responding by offering me a settlement price or to pay it over time. That was the first letter they sent to me. XXXX law firm of XXXX Louisiana handled my car accident.
