I am the successor of interest on my father 's mortgage. PHH Mortgage will not answer any of my questions about my father 's mortgage directly. PHH Mortgage reps keep informing my sister and her attorney that the mortgage is in her name and she assumed the loan, see cour documents. My payments are being applied properly to the principal, see attached. I asked PHH Mortgage to provide proof that my sister made a deferred balance for modification for {$29.00}, XXXX I talked to a rep who first said my sister made the payment but didn't know if it was a modification adjustment. PHH mortgage sends a statement to my sister 's house at XXXX XXXX XXXX in her name but tells me that a statement can be sent in my name due to the policy at PHH. PHH Reps claim that statements can only be in the account holder 's name but clear as day you see XXXX XXXX on the Statement. PHH sent my mortgage statement to the wrong address but always had my address on file. I have asked for a supervisor to call me back 5xs and in 2month period and no answer.
