I sent out a dispute regarding a {$130.00} around XX/XX/2021 bill with XXXX XXXX. I moved from the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX NC XXXX address and had all my mailed forwarded to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX NC XXXX. I called numerous times and was told that this account has been sent back to XXXX XXXX account # XXXX who now has the account and still have not updated the correct address until today. I have know problem paying the bill but XXXX XXXX still shows on my credit file. Again I never received a bill from XXXX XXXX that I owed any amount and I called today and asked for the account number and told that they can't give me any information on the account just pay the {$130.00}.
