Consumer Narrative
Equifax will not remove a paid medical collection that I paid for on XX/XX/XXXX. I have called them aprox.8 times and they say the Collection Agency says debt is not paid. Emailed them a copy of paid in full letter faxed them a copy of letter. Called XXXX XXXX XXXX 10 times and them promising they sent the letter to Equifax. I believe they did. Equifax refused to let me speak to a supervisor. Friday I spoke to a lady faxed letter again with drivers license and social security card. Still has not been removed. I have begged pleaded. Done everything possible and they will not remove it. XXXX and XXXX no problem removed in a week. I need help with them.
