XX/XX/2021 I checked my reports and found fraud on my profile that is being reported to all three bureaus. Under the FDCA, any accounts in question which is under investigation can not be furnished or reported until the original creditor rights, the correction and the entirely of the investigation is deemed fit by creditor. XXXX received ( 3 ) forms of identification from me in which they corrected a few things but recently sent an another verification saying they can't make right until I show identity again. Verification were sent out to all companies in which I have yet to hear back giving the 30 day deadline. Items still remain on peoples credits even under investigation or litigation.
