Starting date XXXX have provided numerous bank statement copies of money withdrawn of monthly dues of my two year contract with XXXX XXXX and never received any statement from XXXX of showing balance is due.With XXXX services I only had basic internet services for my daughter to use for after school homework with a monthly balance of $ XXXX policy is you prepaid the month advance. I been disputing with them. XXXX XXXX XXXX can not give me any proof or reason for any debt owned only replying to me that are collecting a debt.XXXX has no prier balanced owned to them.The company brings up an issue that has been resolved and in the mean time my credit score decreases because of the neglects.
