I submitted on XX/XX/2021 a letter, FTC report, and 15 USC1681c-2 block info. I have an identity theft with an account on my Consumer Report with XXXX and Equifax Only XXXX XXXX XXXX ( ALLEGED ORGINAL CREDITOR ) XXXX XXXX XXXX This agency is in violation of 15 USC 1681c-2. A consumer reporting agency should block an remove the reporting of any information in the file of a consumer that the consumer identifies as information that resulted from an alleged identity theft, not later than 4 business days after the date of receipt by such agency. This account is still reporting on my account and they have all of the information that need and its been 6 days since they received the letter. I demand this account be removed/deleted asap because of the violation and I know under 15 usc 1692k XXXX I get {$1000.00} per violation. SO i am demanding deletions/removal of this account or im seeking monetary damages.
