THE COMPANY CERTIFIED CREDIT & COLLECTION, PURCHASED A DEBIT FROM ANOTHER COMPANY AND I HAD NO INVOLVEMENT WITH THIS TRANSACTION. ACCORDING TO 15 USC 3002 ( 1 ). I AM AN NATURAL PERSON WHICH MEANS MY NAME IN ALL CAPS IS NOT ME. MY NAME IS XXXX XXXX XXXX 15 USC 1692 ( A ) ( 1 ) The term Bureau means the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection. XXXX, XXXX and XXXX are assumed to be credit bureaus and there is only XXXX Bureau and that is the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. On XX/XX/1933, Congress enacted HJR-192 to suspend the gold standard and to abrogate the gold clause.
