I disputed a charge-off on my credit report. I ask Exeter Finance LLC to send me proof of a contract with my signature as proof that I enter into a contract with them. I sent two letters requesting a proof, one on XX/XX/2021 and another on XX/XX/2021. I have not received anything with proof of my signature on it. The only thing that I received was a letter saying it was frivolous in XXXX. They never mark my credit report as disputed to today which is a voilation. The company did not respond to the first letter that I sent by certified mail that was signed for by someone in the company. I would like to have the charge-off removed if they do not provide me validation showing my signature that I have or ever had some contractual obligation to pay them.
