On XX/XX/XXXX I got an email stating I would no longer be able to use PayPal, in any regard. When I called the support center on XX/XX/XXXX they told me they would tell me nothing about why they were banning me. I use PayPal for the occasional online purchase, and to deposit rent money from roommates. After reading the legal and user agreements, I am unable to find any transaction which would result in this banning. My largest complaint as of now is that while I can log into PayPal, I can not remove my credit cards or checking account. This is worrying to me because my PayPal was hacked once before and if Im no longer using it, and they wont allow me to do any transactions ( be it shopping or between friends ) there is no reason for them to hold on to my financial information.
