XX/XX/2021 I have been a loyal customer with Huntington Bank for almost 15 years. My family and extended family also bank there. I have personal checking, savings, business checking, loc, auto loans, etc with them. One day I received a letter stating they were closing all of my accounts in less than 30 days. The only reason was " exceeds risk tolerance ''. I tried to call to talk to multiple people at the bank to get an explanation of what this means and why. No one could even give me a reason. I dont even know what these " risks '' are. I had no unusual activity from what the banker said. He couldn't even get info. The 800 number on the letter that I called had someone on the other end that was so rude that he just said we have the right to bank with whoever we want and that is the only explanation. So much for being a loyal customer for 15 years.
