hello; last year i reach out to XXXX XXXX XXXXequesting an explanation why they ding my credit ; they blame me for applying for car loan which was incorrect ; it turns out not only was my identity used and they provided another XXXX dollar credit ; but they lied about it ; now on my credit when I ask for an increase they only increased my XXXX year account by XXXX ; I don't understand how someone who isn't really me could get a account and still use my credit without my consent and lower my score ; I need help
