As being a victim of identity theft. I have repeatedly sent all files and documents to EQUIFAX and XXXX. These companies will not follow cfpb guidelines for all identity theft cases. It has been 120 days and they will not remove all accounts that was opened fraudulent in my name! I have sent everything they needed to prove my case. Under your code of 605B " BLOCK OF INFORMATION RESULTING FROM IDENTITY THEFT [ 15 U.S.C <1681 c-2 ] theses companies are not following this rule.
