XXXX 's credit card did not send statements to me and then XXXX XXXX Credit Card services reported me to Transunion and XXXX for delinquency and my credit score suffered. When I asked from XXXX XXXX Credit Card for proof of mailing of credit card statement, XXXX 's credit card could not produce one and removed delinquency from my account, however another department of XXXX 's reported me again, and sent an email to me ( attached ) stating " Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, we are obligated to report account history based on factual account data.
