So I noticed today that on a credit card that I don't hardly ever use that I was being charged by a company called XXXX. So I called them and was told I had been signed up with them since XXXX. I tried to sign on and it showed that I had never been on the site. Why would I sign up for something and then never ever sign on to the account? So I called them and she kept saying over and over that I signed up for trial. Which I'm not aware that I did I've never even heard the name XXXX. I had them cancel it, but I have been charged XXXX since XXXX and it is now XXXX. I do not believe I ever signed up with them. And the proof I have is I've never been on their website. When I tried to cancel she tried to give me half my money back in order to stay. I told her now and canceled.
