All three bureaus. I have been trying to fight against fraud that happened at my school ( XXXX XXXX online division ) since 2010. All of my expenses were covered under grants and student loans. I was told I would not have to pay until after graduation. I was lied to and a victim of financial fraud when just before graduation the school slapped me with {$10000.00} bill they said I had to pay before I could graduate. I couldnt afford it, obviously, so the school removed my credits ( I have all ready sent proof that I technically graduated to the DOE multiple times ) and stated I didnt finish all of my credits. I was on track to graduate with a very high GPA, never missed a class, never missed an assignment. They XXXX me and its caused a massive financial hardship since. Its destroyed my credit, prevented me from furthering my education, getting decent jobs, a cant get a mortgage etc. I have asked the DOE to prove I graduated and received my diploma ( Ive proven I havent ) or to forgive my loans and remove all negatives from my credit report. This is the LEAST they could do for ruining my life. They stated I missed some sort of deadline which is false. I reached out everywhere I could think of after it happened but got blown off. Not much later my school closed because XXXX went bankrupt ( that started near the end of my classes ) and the deceit was finally exposed. I even forwarded the correspondence to the DOE with the emails I received regarding this. All I ask is for the DOE and credit reporting agencies PROVE I am wrong. If they cant, they need to wipe my records clean, wipe my loan because I owe a large amount of money for a product I didnt receive ( no fault of my own ) or we will end up in a civil battle for WAY more than the value of my loans.
