Hi, My name is XXXX XXXX I bought a vehicle 3 years ago and west lake financial bank gave me the loan, I moved out of state a years ago and I cant get my title from the previous state I lived before, my registration is expired I got pulled over 3 times by the police officers called west lake numerous of times they are not helping me in this issue I have, I went on the dmv in the current state where I live they told me to contact my lien holder they should make the request, I contacted west lake theyre telling me contact title support, they dont have phone number or in the website they dont have the lenders name ( Westlake financial ) . Im stuck and hopeless in this mater and problem I have, This bank is totally unprofessional and doesnt even care about theyre costumers
