In XXXX of 2021, I sent an identity theft affidavit and police report to Experian regarding my identity being used without my authorization. Experian removed accounts off of my credit file regarding the issue and then a few days later placed the same accounts back on my Experian credit profile. Being I sent an affidavit with no response, that affidavit stands as truth in commerce. The accounts that I reported not only need to be deleted, but also need to remain off of my Experian credit profile. Experian is also violating the FCRA by not getting back to me regarding the outcome within 30 days.
