I started repairing my credit, and had 2 negative items removed from my XXXX report and 2 days later my credit limit was reduced. And they raised the late fee, although my account has never been late. I have been asking for an increase for over a year. I have excellent payment history and held the Pink Gold status with my card. They have caused damage to my credit report for absolutely no reason. I wasnt late I pay before the due date in most cases. And for this company to cause malicious damage to my credit report is unacceptable.
