XXXX XXXX XXXX refuses to remove the balance of {$33000.00} from my credit report. My XXXX was traded back in XX/XX/XXXX and paid in full by XXXX of XXXX XXXX. I have a paid in full letter from XXXX but they refuse to update and report the balance as {$0.00} to all credit bureaus and this is lowering my score and debt ratio. According to them they will remove this amount in XXXX which makes no sense since the balance is {$0.00}. Very unfair and makes no sense.
