I recently got a credit report from XXXX Credit bureau. On the account it mentions an account that I allegedly had with XXXX XXXX XXXX and the account number for that account is XXXX. On the XXXX credit report it states that the XXXX XXXX XXXX account was paid in full and that the last payment was made on XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX is providing this information based on a dispute that I filed. So, if the last payment was made on XX/XX/XXXX and the account is paid in full then this account can not be a charged off account. Transunion and XXXX have different payment dates for this same account. How can it be that the three credit bureaus have different information on the same account and they are getting the information from the same source which is the creditor. I have submitted a copy of my most recent XXXX Credit Report and circled the payment date and the account status on the credit report. The XXXX XXXX XXXX account that is reporting on my credit report is inaccurate and should be deleted immediately. From XXXX XXXX I have been asking the credit bureau for there method of verification as it pertains to this account but all I have gotten are letters stating that the account is been reported accurately on my credit report but no method of verification and this is a clear FCRA violations.
