Every month its the same story with Capital One. I goto the one click that is sent via email and it doesnt work. I try for a few days to go online, it lets me see my account, etc but not make payments. On the last day due this past month in XXXX of XX/XX/XXXX it took me two days of going online in between working and life to get the payment to pop up/the box that allows me to make a payment. It then stalled and timed out, then shut down. I called the next day and made a payment over the phone as I was at work, I work graveyard at the XXXX department. So I sleep during the day and then am at work by XXXX XXXX. I need the payment processing to work due to my schedule. This has happened a few times, I have to call which takes about an hour by the time you sit on hold, etc .... and that is time I dont have with my sleep and shift schedule. They have credited my account before but would not this last time charging me XXXX $! That needs to be reversed. Also, I want to know why this is an issue, but surfing my account with all other items like account summary works?
