On XX/XX/2018 a case with the CFPB was opened due to inaccurate information being reported to all three credit agencies ( please reference CFPB case numberXXXX ). Sun Loan is now once again reporting that this closed/transferred paid in full account as being 4 months past due. I have already spoken to an attorney about this account and provide her with all documentation and credit reports showing the history and inaccuracies as it relates to this account. She suggested I try one more last attempt before sending a formal demand letter to your corporate office and proceed with legal action to correct the problem.
