I contacted each credit reporting bureau.XXXX, Experian and XXXX XXXX requesting information and documentation of their procedures for validation and verification of information on my credit reports.i requested information under the FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT and FAIR DEBT COlLECTION PRACTICES ACT to investigate information and supply me with their method of verification and validation to include a copy of their procedures, name, address and phone number of each person contacted to verify the information and copies of ALL documents in my credit file to support this information such as the contact with my signature, receipts with my signature and all three have failed to provide me with this information.I have sent request for this information 3 times to each credit reporting bureau and still have not received the information or any deletion and was replied with a message that they have already investigated the information and verified it and will not re investigate it. I need the requested information to verify the information collected is valid, correctly reported and accurate as I plan legal action and need the information for my legal case.could you please have them provide me with the requested documents or have them delete these accounts as they have no proof of my obligation to pay or that the reported information is correct and accurate.
