I noticed a debt on my credit report from EOS. Collections company. They claim I owe a debt of XXXX..from a service for which I orginally cancelled my XXXX account at the address if XXXX XXXX XXXX. It was paid in full and I returned the Equipment. They are stating the debt is from XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. I did not reside there at the time. I moved to XXXX XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. I tried to explain all this to them..but they still were trying to get some money. I told them..why should I pay for a debt..that is not mine. I did not live at that residence. during the time period they claimed. I hope to get this resolved and removed from my record..and credit reports. I did live at XXXX XXXX XXXX.for 19 years..the home was in foreclosure from XXXX till the time I moved out in XX/XX/XXXX. But my XXXX account was paid in full. I was not there during the times they claim I owed the bill. Which was XXXX..to XXXX XXXX..the house was empty. I was residing at XXXX XXXX at the times claimed debt they stated. Please help me resolve this.
