This is XXXX XXXX XXXX, who is submitting this CFPB complaint myself, and to inform you that there is no third party involved in the process. I have been patiently waiting on their response to the written requests I sent. However, any modes of response or coordination were not taken on their end. The Equifax Credit Bureau has not complied with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 USC Sections 1681i within the time allowed by law and continued reporting as unverified information which now, given all my attempts to address it directly with the creditor, as willful negligence and non-compliance with federal statutes.
