Consumer Narrative
Hi, I have been trying to work out a modification with Mr. Cooper for the past few months. They have now offered me a modification ( 2nd One ) extending the loan for 15 years with a reduction in interest. Please see attached letter for the exact breakdown. If you amortize the existing loan at 2.875 % for 26 years the payment should be {$1800.00}. I have also been approved for a Mortgage Grant of {$30000.00} thru a nonprofit organization. Mr. Cooper says I can not get the modification if I accept the Grant. Mr Cooper is trying to rip people off. I need to know how they came up with the amount of {$1900.00}. Thank you
