On XX/XX/21, I received an email that an account had been opened in my name at Chime. I did not set up this account. I have since received several emails that changes have been made to my account, including the fact that direct deposit had been set up for this account but I did not do any of that. I have tried several times to reach Chime to let them know this is fraudulent and to ask them to close the account immediately, but nothing has happened. In fact, I cant get a person on the phone and no one responds to my emails.
