In early XXXX we received notification that our tax collector. I made phone calls XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX. On XXXX I spoke to an escalation manager by the name of XXXX and was instructed to forward copies of our bills and notices to him, after several attempts of emailing these items they were finally attached to the correct account. I was then told that a payment was sent on XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of {$1600.00} was mailed but not received by out tax collector. I have not received any proof of anything being paid or anything corrected. On XX/XX/XXXX I spoke to an escalation manager who informed me that the taxes have not yet been paid. I am hesitant to believe that this will be taken care of before my credit would be harmed on XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX
