On XX/XX/2021 I deposited XXXX in my account using PNC ATM booth. When I got the printed receipts which I saw my balance is lower than my expectation. At once I log in my account in saw many unauthorized charge in my account ; in the name of XXXX XXXX and international fees. I called the Bank and complained and requested to stop any such payments. I have XXXX credit card bills. I deposited money to pay my credit card bill. On XX/XX/2021 I paid XXXX for credit card bill. PNC bank paid my bill. Next day I saw PNC bank make overdraft {$8900.00} and paid again those unauthorized payments though I requested to stop such payment. When I complained about overdraft PNC Bank reversed my credit card bill payment and adjusted overdraft. I tried to talk with with PNC Manager level but no one is available. I met with local branch Manager who also filled a complain. I got the letter from the PNC bank explained that all the charges are correct though I do not have any idea about those charges. I believe PNC bank failed to protect the customer interest. I am a small depositor. How PNC made overdraft in my account? I am very very frustrated with PNC and do not know what to do.
