On XX/XX/2020, I applied for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and was accepted. Two weeks later, however, I was restricted access due to a credit issue with XXXX XXXX XXXX. I spoke and tried to fix the issue with XXXX XXXX XXXX, and even made sure my closed accounts were paid, but they failed to change the status. Instead, they left the status to " account fraud '', as it's automatic in the system that they automatically close an account if there is suspected identity theft. I had not been with XXXX XXXX XXXX for quite some time already ; more than two years already, and I still have this marking. Numerous times I have tried to speak with Early Warning Services to fix this issue. I even went back to XXXX XXXX XXXX, but they told me to dispute with Early Warning Services. The response I kept getting from Early Warning Services was that they found the information to be accurate, which was not the case. -- There was no identity theft and this is forcing XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to deny me access. I would like to escalate this further, and kept getting delayed because of XXXX XXXX and my XXXX XXXX XXXX to help keep myself and family financially prosperous in COVID-19.
