My name is XXXX XXXX, and I am sending this request myself to address the inaccuracies on my Credit Reports. My request for the correction and removable of the erroneous information about my accounts has been diligently neglected by the 3 Credit Bureaus. Despite sending them the last letter for the said request, I have not received any response up to this date. Besides, the inaccurate information about my account is still on my reports.
