In XXXX, I was subleasing a home in XXXX, CA where multiple things were fraudulently placed in my name. I am not sure why XXXX XXXX XXXX is trying to collect a debt I do not owe. The original alleged debt is with XXXX XXXX. I have no problem settling if either company could verify in writing the 5 things needed to validate an actual debt, which I know can not be done. I would like this removed off of my credit report immediately. Company is currently in violations of the following laws : -15USC 1692 ( k ) -15USC 1692 ( g ) -15 USC 1602 ( f ). -15 USC 1692 ( g ) Please be advised that under federal law, consumer is able to seek remedy up to {$1000.00} per violation.
