On XX/XX/XXXX I sent equifax a letter to investigate some inaccurate inquiries that were on my credit report. It took them well over 30 days to respond and I mean well over. They responded and said it was correct pretty much and I sent another letter on XX/XX/XXXX requesting them to prove it as I don't agree with their response. I feel as if they just did not check and responded because they were already late and I made a complaint. This has not been fair and now we are again over 30 days no response.
