I applied for a {$1400.00} loan from target cash now. The payments were set up to be deducted every 2 weeks from my bank account and I could pay my loan off or down with no penalties or fees. XX/XX/XXXX was my first payment of {$290.00}. I also paid {$500.00} to my principle therefore lowering down my loan balance. Once the {$500.00} payment was applied they did not remove that amount from my outstanding loan balance. Instead they only took out the {$58.00} from the initial {$290.00} payment leaving a loan balance which they are charging me like 700 % interest on as {$1300.00}. Clearly this is wrong and I have called and emailed with no help. The last time I expressed I wanted it in writing they told me to call their customer service. I have specifically asked them to give me the breakdown via email so I fully understand why they are charging me interest on the wrong balance with bo luck. I feel I have been scammed. Thanks for your help. I can forward email conversations if requested.
