I contacted Navient requesting Verification of the debt Navient says I allegedly owe to them. Weeks Later Navient sent the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Master Promissory Note ( see attachment ). In this Promissory Note it's referred under the Borrowers Rights and Responsibilities Statement, the words we, us, and our refer to the U.S. Department of Education and Direct Loans are made by the U.S. Department of Education. However in the Promissory, it does not Include Navient. I am a private consumer. I never gave Navient Written Permission to Furnish Any information About me to any Consumer Reporting Agency 's, No Consent means Identity Theft. It was not clearly and conspicuous stated Navient would furnish any information about me, or be acting as a debt collector collecting payments due or owed to the U.S Department of Education. I never entered into a contract with Navient. Furthermore i am challenging the accuracy and integrity of furnished information by Navient.
