I send a dispute letter to Equifax on XX/XX/2021 about the collection DESIGNED RECEIVABLE, Balance {$5000.00}, Original creditor XXXX XXXX XXXX. That collection is not mine, and I know the credit bureaus are the ones that have to investigate that fraudulent account but my complain with your agency is because the credit bureaus failed to comply with the Federal Credit Reporting act and did not respond to my dispute which I attached to this complain.
