I submitted a dispute asking Equifax to provide the method of verification of the Bankruptcy they're reporting in my name. They responded stating they verified the info by contacting XXXX XXXX. However XXXX XXXX said verbally and in my XXXX XXXX report ( Attached, XXXX ) that they do not list a bankruptcy for me. Also I called Equifax and spoke to a representative XXXX who said they received the bankruptcy info from the court house in XXXX, NY. I contacted the court house in XXXX, NY and they said in writing ( attached ) that they do not provide information to Credit Bureau Agencies.
