I have recently viewed a copy of my credit report after being denied credit approval. Upon looking over my report, I see a series of misleading and inaccurate data being reported on my credit file. Please reinvestigate these accounts for inaccurate reporting. The FCRA and FDCPA mandate all data furnishings reported be accurate right? If deemed to be reporting as inaccurate then said account/accounts must be deleted from the credit profile immediately for violating the FCRA and FDCPA correct? The inaccurate reportings are already attacking my credit worthiness, diminishing my character and affecting my ability to obtain credit. I requested a prompt reinvestigation of these accounts immediately. Under FDCPA Regulation all accounts under dispute must be immediately removed from a consumers credit report until the full investigation is completed. You are in violation, I have repeatedly contacted your company with no regard. This is not a regular dispute this is a letter for you to command and comply. FDCPA 15 U.S. Code 1681i ( A ) ( 1.A ) All disputed information must be removed from a consumer credit report while it is under investigation. I have contacted TransUnion several times about these misleading and inaccurate accounts. I have a attached documents to the pervious CFBP complaints proving these accounts to be misleading and inaccurate. They also tried to claim it was a third party disputing so I called in and gave authorization for the to complete the investigation on those disputes.
