CFPB complaints XXXX and XXXX were filed on XXXX XX/XX/2021 against Equifax for failing to re/investigate inaccuare/unverifiable information furnished by XXXX XXXX XXXX. Equfax responded on XXXX XX/XX/2021 claiming an investigation had been conducted and results had been mailed. Unless Equifax examined the documentation supplied and REMOVED the inaccurate/unverifiable information, it is unlikely an investigation was actually conducted. The offending information has been persistent on my credit report for over one ( 1 ) year with Equifax claiming its validity simply because the data furnisher reported it through eOSCAR. It is quite clear from the attached documentation the information reported by Equifax, and furnished by XXXX XXXX is invalid and patently unverifiable given the errors perpetuated by XXXX billing and paymenr reporting system ( s ). XXXX 's failure to properly process deferments and forbearances, and subsequent failures in adjusting statement generation, and billing schedules has hindered my ability to borrow from the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) which is needed to finish my XXXX XXXX. The cited issue by XXXX IS the invalid/unverifiable information on my Equifax credit report for the XXXX XXXX accounts . By furnishing the invalid informaton to potential credit grantors, Equifax is now a party to impeding completion of my education program and is now affecting my future employment opportunities because it is knowingly and willfully reporting information that is patently invalid/inaccuarte and unverifiable.
