I am writing today in regards to several accounts I have with Capital One the following accounts I'm referring to is XXXX, XXXX and XXXX which has late pays reporting in XX/XX/2021. I was impacted by Covid during that time and was unable to make the payments to those accounts. I know that Fema declared a disaster and that congress passed the CARES ACT to assist consumers that are having issues.
