I have disputed this judgement with Experian for the longest time now, and Experian is doing everything in their power to keep this account on my credit report, experian is no longer supposed to be reporting judgements, tax lien, or public records, and they still are, they are in violation of the fcra 15 U.S. 1692e misrepresenting a judgement that is public records as a collection item to falsely keep it on my credit report, I have the judgement, and they have the judgement in hand, and has not corrected the information and delete the item, they have confirmed over the phone they have the judgement, but are still non Compliant with correcting the information, they can and will be sued just for that, I have also contacted the courts that handled the eviction, and asked them if they are reporting public records to the credit bureaus, they said no, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is the law firm XXXX XXXX hired to represent them int he eviction process, they are not a creditor or collection agency, they are a land XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX misrepresenting the debt with a fake account number, which is illegal, and Experian is well aware of this, I will not accept an automated response from experian, but a letter stating the judgement has been deleted from my credit file, if not experian will be sued in federal court for fcra violations.
