On XX/XX/XXXX Experian sent XXXX XXXX XXXX a hard inquiry credit report on me that was not requested by me. It was a fraudster applying for a credit card in my name and address. They also submitted a Change of Address form to USPS and I called and disputed the COA with the Post office as well as submitted an on line dispute. I contacted XXXX and had them cancel the application, account and unlimited cash credit cards. Also, I put alerts on the 3 credit companies and locked and froze my credit reports.
