Capital One is acting in bad faith in resolving XXXX XXXX dispute originally I sent them corresponding emails and letter in regards to XXXX XXXX not following through with are written contract as well XXXX XXXXl @ that time was not operating with proper insurance and bond to handle/store household items I immediately took possession from one of there XXXX XXXX XXXX and cancelled my agreement and put company on notice immediately and provided hard evidence of such, Capital One immediately gave me provisional credit months later Capital One took back the credit overdrawn my credit limit with 2 frivolous responses, quote I did not provide information they required XXXX XXXX not to mention Capital one has denied credit increases on my secured line of credit different account as well failed to refund me me secured amount as I have excellent history, because all this it has caused my XXXX Scores to go down and they are in-properly reporting high limits to hold me XXXX and preventing other companies to approve credit this is a tatic Capital One Adopts to monopolize the industry
