Bureaus have lied to me and not done due diligence to verify the account in dispute. There is a bankruptcy on my credit report that should have been removed. I have filed a letter with the United States Bankruptcy Court XXXX District of Georgia office of Clerk, concerning this bankruptcy that is falsely being reported on my credit report. I received a response back from the courts stating that they did not report any bankruptcy to the credit bureaus and for me to contact a lawyer for further actions. With this bankruptcy that is being reporting on my credit report, has caused me and my family distress, and a financial hardship. I have tempt to send several letters to each credit bureaus requesting for them to update my personal information, concerning my address and employment but each credit bureaus refused to comply with my request. I have also requested for them to remove the bankruptcy out of each credit bureaus which they also failed to comply. I am being denied for business loans, personal loans and etc ... due to this bankruptcy being reported to potential lenders. With all I have done to try and get this matter resolved so I can move on with my life, the credit bureaus are still reporting false information on my credit file. I am now at the conclusion on filing a law sue with small claims court willful ennoblement of inaccurate/un-verifiable credit reporting, if this matter doesn't get resolved in the next 30-40 days. Thank you for your time and consideration and I look forward to getting this matter resolved as soon as possible.
