I have been violated by the Credit Reporting Agencies and Corporations by furnishing information on my consumer report without my written consent. Per 15 USC 1681 ( a ) 2 ( a ) ( i ) ( 2 ) Exclusions.Except as provided in paragraph ( 3 ), the term consumer report does not include ( A ) subject to section 1681s3 of this title, any ( i ) report containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report ; Your company has violated my consumer rights by furnishing information such as payment history, which are considered transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report. The accounts furnishing any late payments should be excluded and deleted from my consumer report. I did not give my written consent.
