I have a second mortgage and not able to afford to pay the payment because of their interest rate 13.5 % and requested them to modify the loan because of the hardship. I submitted all the required documents to them but they never try to help us. Since the our will be expiring soon we decided to sell the property and settle them its been 5 months we listed the property for sale but we have not received a single offer. I contacted them again if they can try to help us to settle or any payment option they can provide but the said they are options available right now for me.
